Helping emerging artists, collectors, and organizations navigate the art world with guidance, education, and personalized support for lasting success.
Hi, I’m Moriah Alise, and I’m on a mission to empower artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts to find their place in the art world and achieve meaningful success through sustainable creative careers and thoughtfully curated collections.
With a Bachelor’s in Public Relations from the University of Houston and a background in communications and brand development, I bring a strategic and holistic approach to the art world. My expertise spans brand identity, management, and storytelling, developed through work with globally recognized brands like Stella McCartney, Phillip Bloch, Keri Hilson, Cassie, Sevyn Streeter, Buttah Skin, Macy’s, Ulta Beauty, and JCPenney. Additionally, my collaborations with esteemed art institutions and projects—including the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, Mitochondria Gallery, and Houston Arts Alliance—have deepened my understanding of the intersection between art, commerce, and culture.
As a consultant, I merge this extensive experience with a passion for supporting artists and collectors. My unique ability to blend an artist’s perspective with business and market knowledge allows me to help artists refine their voices, secure opportunities, and build thriving careers. Through Alise Art Group, I’ve guided artists to win prestigious grants, achieve sold-out solo shows, and increase compensation through fair and advantageous contracts.
On the collector side, I work to help collectors develop their identities and voices, curating collections that reflect their values and aspirations. My work with top collectors, such as Lester Marks, and my interviews with thought leaders like Larry Ossei-Mensah, provide me with unique insights into the art market that I share with my clients.
My diverse background equips me to demystify the art world for both artists and collectors, offering practical strategies for navigating its complexities. Whether helping an artist establish their brand and secure exhibitions or guiding a collector to build a meaningful collection, my approach is rooted in empowerment, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the art ecosystem.
Through years of experience in curation, art education, and artist support, I’ve witnessed how exclusive and overwhelming the art world can feel. My mission is to make it more accessible and inclusive, ensuring that both artists and collectors have the tools to succeed.
